My CGT Systems has a new home

The remote systems access tool you have been using is moving to CoLA, a new site that replaces our old client portals. Your locations come with you.

You will need to set a password the first time. Your CoLA account is already set up using the same email address you used for My CGT Systems. For security reasons, passwords cannot be transferred between the two systems. Creating your new password only takes about a minute.

How to get signed in

Go to colaloyalty.com
Bookmark it and replace your old bookmark for this site.
Click "Forgot your password?"
It is just below the Log in button on the CoLA sign-in page.
Enter the same email address you used here
Use your My CGT Systems login email. If you are not sure which address that was, contact your relations manager.
Check your email and set a new password
The reset message comes from noreply@colaloyalty.com. If it has not arrived in a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Log in
That is it. You will land on your dashboard.

Questions

Can I skip typing a password every time?: Yes. Once you are signed in, go to Preferences and add a passkey. After that you can sign in with your device's fingerprint, face or PIN.
My account is locked, or the reset email never shows up.: Contact your relations manager and we will get you in.
What happens to the old site?: It is being retired. Please switch over to CoLA now so you do not lose access to your systems.
